Job Title: Senior Android Developer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos + Partly Virtual
Reporting Line: Lead, Mobile Developer

Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to build and maintain a suite of android products. The incumbent will deliver high quality codes, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation of android products.

Responsibilities

• Design, code and maintain android mobile applications & application submission to App store.
• Provide post-implementation support, including but not limited to, monitoring application performance and debugging existing code.
• Keep up with advancements and changes in technology and develop an understanding of how new technologies can be leveraged to provide business solutions.
• Develop new products, new features and maintenance of existing software using agile practices as part of a collaborative and open environment.

The Ideal Person
The Ideal candidate must have:

• Sound knowledge on NATIVE android programming.
• Experience in Multi-platform (Hybrid mode) applications.
• Ability to translate iOS applications into android
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and business functions.
• Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle.

 

 

Job Title: Junior / Intermediate iOS Developer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos + Partly Virtual
Reporting Line: Lead, Mobile Developer

Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to create, develop and maintain iOS applications and programs that meet the needs and requirements of clients.

Responsibilities

• Design, code and maintain iOS mobile applications & application submission to App store.
• Provide post-implementation support, including but not limited to, monitoring application performance and debugging existing code.
• Modify existing applications to correct errors i.e. fix bugs; adapt applications to allow each to adapt new hardware, or to improve its performance.
• Develop new products, new features and maintenance of existing software using agile practices as part of a collaborative and open environment.

The Ideal Person
The Ideal candidate must have:

• Knowledge on NATIVE iOS programming.
• Mobile application development (iOS) experience.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and business functions.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle.

 

 

Job Title: Junior Product Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos + Partly Virtual
Reporting Line: Chief Technology Officer

Job Purpose

• The purpose of this role is to set the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for a product or product line. The incumbent is responsible for defining the why, when, and what of the product that the engineering team builds.

Responsibilities

• Develop a keen understanding of program goals and requirements, and develop a vision to translate business requirements to the end-product
• Collaborate with the development team to convey goals, answer questions, and accept completed user stories
• Demonstrate and ensure completed user stories and increments to business stakeholders
• Craft wireframes and user stories that enforce information architecture and workflow described in the requirements and domain models.
• Present and communicate the requirements to user and engineering audiences.

The Ideal Person
The Ideal candidate must have:

• Knowledge of business process flows, wireframes, and mockups using modeling tools.
• Defining technical product features; from inception to execution.
• Creative and Analytical skills.
• Excellent Communication Skills.

 

 

Job Title: Senior iOS Developer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos + Partly Virtual
Reporting Line: Lead, Mobile Developer

Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to build and maintain a suite of iOS products. The incumbent will deliver high quality code deliverables for modules, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation of iOS products.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to best practices and standards in the areas of development, technology, and security.
• Provide post-implementation support, including but not limited to, monitoring application performance and debugging existing code.
• Develop new products, new features and maintenance of existing software using agile practices as part of a collaborative and open environment.

The Ideal candidate must have:

• Sound knowledge on NATIVE iOS programming.
• Hands-on Experience in Multi-platform (Hybrid mode) applications.

• Develop mobile applications that bridge the gap between elegant front-end design and existing enterprise back end architectures.
• Provide post-implementation support, including but not limited to, monitoring application performance and debugging existing code.
• Modify existing applications to correct errors i.e. fix bugs; adapt applications to allow each to adapt new hardware, or to improve its performance.
• Develop new products, new features and maintenance of existing software using agile practices as part of a collaborative and open environment.

Job Title: Senior Front-End Developer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos + Partly Virtual
Reporting Line: Chief Technology Officer

Job Purpose
The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the alignment of web design and user experience requirements, optimizing web pages for maximum efficiency and maintaining brand consistency across all web/android pages, among other duties.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, integrate, and test high performance software solutions that interact with end users and integrate with internal and external services
• Explain and discuss the importance of good software practices such as styling, documentation, refactoring, test driven design, and pair programming with the broader team
• Determining the structure and design of web pages while eensuring user experience determines design choices.
• Optimizing web pages for maximum speed, scalability and Striking a balance between functional and aesthetic design.
• Ensuring web design is optimized for smartphones and maintaining brand consistency throughout design.

Requirements

• Understanding of key design principles.
• Strong code hygiene and automated unit testing experience
• Enterprise front end web/Mobile development
• Proven track record of high-quality rapid delivery
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, PHP, Webpack, Java, and Python
