Job Title: Field Sales Representative (Modern & Retail Sales)

Job Description

• Visiting the customers to generate sales orders
• Sending the sales orders to the branch office through Selldon for the sales coordinator’s approval
• Contacting the new and existing customers to meet and exceed sales targets
• Negotiating and using persuasion skills to overcome objections
• Organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets
• Merchandising the products in the store for products visibility
• Following up with customers for payments
• Giving feedback to the management about the customers’ complaints
• Discussing with customers about the promotional items
• Sending the competitors activities to the sales manager
• Following up on customers’ supplies
• Providing daily recap of results and accomplishments to the management team
• Carrying out other tasks as assigned periodically

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field from a recognized university;
• Minimum of 8years cognate sales/marketing experience in FMCG preferably in the sales of FROZEN FOODS or Poultry products;
• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Diligent and highly aggressive in meeting targets;
• A go-getter and a persuasive salesperson, who knows how to earn the business;
• Must be residing in Lagos with in-depth knowledge of the terrain.

Job Title: Car Mechanic / Engineer (Highly Experienced)

Job Description

• Perform minor and major repairs on light vehicles such as cars etc.
• Conduct regular preventative maintenance on service cars, including inspection, tire rotation and oil changes
• Perform regular diagnostic tests on cars
• Maintain accurate records of each repair performed on vehicles
• Follow a checklist of inspection procedures
• Test drive vehicles to diagnose malfunctions
• Inspect brake systems, steering mechanisms, transmissions, engines, and other parts of vehicles
• Do routine maintenance, such as changing oil, checking batteries, and lubricating equipment and parts
• Adjust and align wheels, tighten bolts and screws, and attach system components
• Repair or replace malfunctioning components, parts, and other mechanical or electrical equipment
• Test-drive vehicles to ensure that they run smoothly
• Must be conversant with rotor engine

Qualification / Experience

• HND or its equivalent
• Experience of at least 10 years

Job Title: Account Receivable Officer

Job Description

• Perform account reconciliation
• Follow up with customers, collecting and allocating payment
• Monitoring customers account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
• Instigating and resolving customers queries
• Researching and resolving payments discrepancies
• Preparing aging reports weekly and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
• Preparing and reporting reconciliations files to the direct supervisor
• Developing recovery system and initiating collection effects
• Carry out other duties as assigned periodically

Requirements

• Minimum of a B.Sc. in Accounting from a recognized university;
• Minimum of five (6) years cognate experience preferably in FMCG companies;
• Must be computer literate and proficient in the use of MS office suit;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Knowledge of accounting software package will be an added advantage;
• Very smart with ability to multi-task
• Must be residing or willing to relocate to Lekki, Lagos.
