Transport Services Limited (TSL) is a foremost indigenous logistics transportation company that provides customized transportation and logistics solutions. We currently operate out of five locations spread across the Western and Eastern regions of Nigeria providing logistics services to stakeholders in the oil and gas, mining and construction, FMCG and Agricultural sector.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

 

Job Title: Logistic Co-Ordinator

Location: Ijebu Ode, Ogun

Description

  • Maximizing revenue by ensuring trip targets are achieved.
  • Disbursement of loading fees and trip allowance to drivers.
  • Collating and processing Driver waybills for invoicing.
  • Compilation of daily expense reports from all depots.
  • Coordinate the inspection of truck calibration charts on a monthly basis and tracking of expiry dates
  • Conduct pre-trip briefing for drivers and ensure journey plan is issued before dispatch of trucks from the loading plant/location.
  • Record and share a journey plan on the trip analysis sheet with stakeholders within the Operations and Journey Management Control Centre.

Requirement / Qualification

  • Minimum of a B.Sc certification in Transport Management, Supply Chain or any related discipline.
  • 0-2 Years Post NYSC experience.
  • Professional qualification in Transport & Logistics will be an added advantage.

Job Title: HSEQ Standards and Performance Advisor

Location: Lagos

Description

  • Develop and maintain the HSEQ performance reporting system.
  • Monitor and review analysis and report on HSEQ performance status against HSEQ objectives, plans and KPIs.
  • Monitor and audit the implementation of HSEQ performance standards to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Implement comprehensive HSEQ performance management procedures in line with Group HSE Performance Monitoring and Reporting Guidelines and global standards.
  • Develop processes for the collection, collation, interpretation, dissemination, and management of Group HSEQ performance to drive improvement in all aspects of HSEQ operations.
  • Maintain and update records of HSEQ performance data, analysis and information on the HSEQ portal and HSEQ information Management System.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a BSc / HND Certification.
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
  • Member, Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria (ISPON) and certified in NEBOSH.

Job Title: HSEQ Implementer

Location: Lagos

Description

  • Engage employees and contractors on pro-active HSEQ matters, cascade learnings from incidents (LFIs).
  • Implement the annual Road Transport HSEQ plans and programs (monthly HSEQ meetings with drivers, HSEQ toolbox talks, weekly safety assemblies, HSEQ training plans, etc.)
  • Monitor HSEQ Performance measurement using approved reporting templates to collate and prepare reports.
  • Conduct compliance checks/ inspection to identify sub-standard practice/ acts, conditions and equipment and recommend actions to reduce the risk levels
  • Initiate Non-Compliance Reporting of incidents and violations, including the willful damages process where applicable to their end.
  • Enforce the 12 Life Saving Rules and any other applicable HSEQ rules and permits.
  • Support the Investigation and Audit Coordinator with incidents investigations and audits.

Requirement/ Qualification

  • Minimum of a B.Sc. qualification
  • Possess at least two years of experience in HSE or Vehicle/Fleet Management
  • ISPON Level II or Competence level III
