We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Customer Care Officer
Location: Garki 2, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Maintain customer database
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Requirement / Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Administration, or related field preferred
- At least 2 years work experience.
- Good problem solving skills
- Good computer skills eg Microsoft Suites
- Multi tasking
- Ability to learn other software systems relatively easily
- Analytical skills
- Good writing skills (email etiquette)
- High level of professionalism (you are one of the faces of the company!)
- Positive attitude (can be tough to maintain for some people in the face of an irate customer )
- Calm under pressure
- Ability to handle stress
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
