We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Engagement Officer

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: Engineering/Sales

What You’ll Do

• Engage with customers via email, phone calls and WhatsApp
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handovers and timely updates
• Identify upselling opportunities and nurture long-term customer loyalty
• Follow up on inquiries, provide product information, and assist with purchases
• Maintain a daily log of customer interactions and feedback

Who You Are:

• Excellent communicator with a friendly, persuasive tone
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus
• Passionate about clean energy and helping people make smart choices.
• Confident on phone calls and comfortable using WhatsApp Business tools
• Organized, responsive, and great at follow-through

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a minimum of HND / B.Sc Degree with 3 years experience.
