Job Title: Customer Relation Officer (CRO)
Locations: Asaba, Delta and Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner
• Think quickly on your feet and handle ambiguity
• Establish rapport and develop meaningful relationships with your clients
• Must believe in what you do and feel a vested interest the company’s success
• Must be able to multi-task
• Source for new business
• Looking for a self-starter with motivation to succeed
• Negotiate effectively, finding the win-win solution to problems
• Proactively solicit feedback, ask clarifying questions and resolve issues in a non-confrontational way
• Ability to perform as part of a larger team and work independently to schedule and prioritize your work

Requirements
The person:

• B.Sc / HND in any discipline.
• Must be able to drive well.
• Professional personal appearance
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be Comfortable sourcing for clients within your location and the neighboring states.
• Minimum of 3 years related work experience.
• Experience in the automotive industry will be added advantage

Salary
N70,000 - N100,000 monthly
