Job Title: Customer Service Assistant
Employment Type: Full-time
- The candidate will work remotely (from home anywhere in Nigeria).
- It will be an opportunity to develop and grow skills in the digital/creative/web sphere as training will be a big part of the job.
- Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 0 - 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Male or female
- The candidate must own a good smart phone and working laptop
- Working hours will be 9am to 6pm
- Internet connection will be paid for in addition to other expenses.
- Required software will be provided.
- Must have excellent time management skills.
- Age over 25 (would consider a younger person with required skillset)
- Computer literate with good knowledge of internet
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Very good telephone manner and good spoken english
- Customer service skills
- Good knowledge of social media platforms
- Able to manage and develop social media accounts.
- Internet and web skills training will be given.
- N65,000 monthly.
- Remuneration will be a monthly basic salary plus a performance-based bonus.
- Performance reviews will be held each week.
