Job Briefing

• We are need a good Customer Service Executive (male / female), who is intelligent, innovative, self-motivated and goal oriented, will interact with patients, process orders and provide information about the company’s products and service.

Requirements

• BSc in Social Sciences or any relevant field.
• Professional Certification in Customer Service and Relationship Mgt is a great advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must demonstrate high level of ownership and attentive to details.
• Good client engagement and service delivery.
• Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary.
• Persistence to follow through on given tasks.
• Profiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Accounting skills and record keeping skill.
• Result driven and passionate about client engagement, retention and brand management.

Salary
N45,000 - N55,000 (monthly).
