Job Title: Call Center Representative

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

  • IHMS Nigeria Limited is seeking qualified and experienced Registered Nurses to join our Call Center team as Call Center Representatives.
  • The ideal candidates will provide professional medical support, respond to client enquiries, and ensure excellent service delivery to our enrollees via phone and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound and outbound calls from enrollees, providers, and stakeholders
  • Provide basic medical guidance and health-related information in line with IHMS protocols
  • Assist the Customer Support team in handling patient inquiries, guiding them on healthcare services, and ensuring prompt issue resolution.
  • Support the Providers Management team in coordinating with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Work with the Claims Department to review and process medical claims in line with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for customer interactions, provider engagements, and claims processing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
  • 0-1 year post-qualification experience (call center or HMO experience is an added advantage)
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced corporate healthcare environment.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with different teams.
  • Must have completed or be awaiting Nursing & Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) licensing.
  • Strong passion for healthcare services and administration.

Salary
N120,000 - N170,000 per month.
