Job Summary

  • The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer support by responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • The ideal candidate will handle customer interactions efficiently while maintaining a positive company image.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes.
  • Meet performance targets and service level standards.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Follow up to ensure customer concerns are resolved.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
