Job Title: Customer Service Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via telephone.
• Ensure that calls are handled professionally and manage the length of calls.
• Ensure that customers are satisfied with the services of the organisation.
• Gather information from customers.
• Adhere to call script and call centre policies.
• Provide customers with needed information and support.
• Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls.

Requirements

• Candidates looking for an organisation for their Industrial Attachment or
• Candidates with OND qualification.
• Ability to speak Hausa will be an added advantage.
