Acious Investment Services Limited was incorporated in 2018 and was registered to carry out various businesses which include Finance activities. We, therefore, offer various basic finance products such : savings, loans, thrift, financial advisory etc.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Location: Amuwo Odofin, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities
The customer service must be knowledgeable about a range of operations and be able to answer any questions a customer has. Other duties and responsibilities may include:

• Assist bank customers deposit and withdraw their moneys.
• Resolve discrepancies in accounting processes.
• Sell financial products and services to customers.
• Build customer loyalty.
• Process and perform daily bank transactions.
• Accept customer deposits and loan payments.
• Assist and support other banking staff in their tasks.
• Verify and reconcile balances for individual cash drawers.
• Identify and resolve customer needs.
• Ensure quality services to customers.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND qualification.
• 3 - 5 years work experience.

Salary
N50,000 - N70,000 monthly
