Acious Investment Services Limited was incorporated in 2018 and was registered to carry out various businesses which include Finance activities. We, therefore, offer various basic finance products such : savings, loans, thrift, financial advisory etc.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Location: Amuwo Odofin, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities
The customer service must be knowledgeable about a range of operations and be able to answer any questions a customer has. Other duties and responsibilities may include:

Assist bank customers deposit and withdraw their moneys.
Resolve discrepancies in accounting processes.
Sell financial products and services to customers.
Build customer loyalty.
Process and perform daily bank transactions.
Accept customer deposits and loan payments.
Assist and support other banking staff in their tasks.
Verify and reconcile balances for individual cash drawers.
Identify and resolve customer needs.
Ensure quality services to customers.

Job Requirements

Candidates should possess an HND qualification.
3 - 5 years work experience.

Salary
N50,000 - N70,000 monthly
