Artisans Express is Mobile App company that conects handymen / artisans with paying customers around Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

 

Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Overview

  • To assist the GM in smooth day-to-day running of the school (SimpIinteriors School of Interior Design and Entrepreneurship).

Duties

  • Must be a social media savvy.
  • Must be good in social media content creation.
  • To entertain all enquiries concerning artisans express app.
  • To post 3x daily on Artisans express Instagram platform.
  • Records all activity of artisans express.
  • Post on blogs 2x weekly.
  • Helping artisans with Registration on the platform.
  • To assist the GM in handling all issues regarding artisans express.
  • To make and record weekly report of new artisans.

Qualifications

  • OND / HND qualification
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Essential)
  • Experience in customer care service.
  • A must: Experience in all types of social media platform
  • Good in writing content.

  • Assertiveness
  • Ability to take the initiative if needed.
  • Punctuality
  • Attention to details
