We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Provide excellent customer service delivery to clients.
• Responsible for maintaining sanitation and orderliness of the company reception area at all times.
• Fulfill all reasonable requests from guests to ensure their comfort, satisfaction and safety.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Conduct basic security checks throughout the day and report concerns...
• Report any maintenance issues when and where necessary.
• Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person and on the telephone.
• Receive In-coming mails/correspondence, registration of such documents and re-directing it to the appropriate staff.
• Maintain staff attendance register.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a relevant B.Sc Degree with 1- 3 years relevant work experience.
