- We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with a proven track record in sales to join our customer service team.
- As a Customer Service Representative with a strong sales background, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while effectively promoting and selling our products or services.
- Your primary goal will be to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a results-oriented approach.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate, timely, and professional responses via phone, email, or chat.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Utilize effective sales techniques to overcome objections and convert potential leads into sales.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to provide valuable customer feedback and contribute to business growth.
- Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in the CRM system.
- Continuously enhance your product knowledge and sales skills through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions, including upselling or cross-selling products or services when applicable.
- Build rapport and establish strong relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty.
- Process customer orders, payments, and returns efficiently and accurately.
- Keep up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, promotions, and policies to address customer inquiries effectively.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Resilience and a positive attitude in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Candidates should have a strong sales experience.
- Previous experience in customer service and sales roles, with a demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers' concerns.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities to address customer issues effectively.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
