Job Summary

• We are looking to hiring a smart, eloquent, and well-presented female Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lagos
• The ideal candidate must be a female, beautiful, confident, and highly professional, with excellent communication skills.
• This role requires strong interpersonal abilities, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle inquiries while ensuring a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service.
• Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area.
• Support sales and after-sales teams in delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Keep accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and client requests professionally.
• Assist customers in understanding products and services.

Requirements

• Female, beautiful, confident, and well-groomed.
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Passionate about career growth and professional development.
• Must reside on the Island
• Completed NYSC with 0-1 year of experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
