We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative / Front Desk Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries (Phone, Mails, Social Feeds).
• Communicating with customers through various channels (Social Feeds inclusive).
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Multi-Tasking Office Itineraries.
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an HND qualification with 1 - 3 years relevant work experience.

Salary
N40,000 - N60,000 Monthly.
