Job Title: Customer Service - Sales Administrator

Location: Town Planning, Ilupeju - Lagos

Work Mode: Onsite

Role Summary

• We are seeking a result–driven Customer Service – Sales Administrator to provide quality customer service.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing orders and transactions, providing proactive customer outreach, handling customer complaints, and responding to customer reviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing orders and transactions (Outside Lagos Customers).
• Providing proactive customer outreach.
• Responding to customers' reviews.
• Developing and documenting knowledge into helpful content.
• Handling customer complaints.
• Collecting and analysing customer feedback.

Qualifications & Experience

• HND or B.Sc. in any field.
• Good Knowledge of MS Office.
• 1 - 3 years of experience as a Customer Service – Sales Administrator.
