We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Customer Success Manager

Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of key accounts
  • Drive customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively
  • Monitor customer health scores and mitigate churn risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Assist customers with onboarding and implementation
  • Act as a customer advocate within the organization
  • Prepare regular performance reports for senior management
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback for product improvement
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers
  • Develop training materials and resources for customers

Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer success or account management
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Data analysis skills.
  • Experience in fintech or financial services
  • Strong communication skills
