We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Data Entry Officer Location: Lagos

Job Role

We are in need of Data Entry officer who will be in charge of entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits.
Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.
Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.

Responsibilities

Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and account information.
Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
Establishes entry priorities.
Combines data from both systems when account information is incomplete.
Tests customer and account system changes and upgrades by inputting new data.
Secures information by completing database backups.
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies.
Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.

Requirements

Must be good with the use of Microsoft Excel.
Only OND holders should apply
Must reside in or close to Ikeja (Lagos State)
Most have the ability to work to time constraints.
