Job Title: Debt Collections Agent
Location: Oshodi, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Job Description

Contacting & Interacting with Debtors via telephone:
Collecting payment on debts
Tracking outstanding debts
Plan course of action to recover owed money.
Negotiating payoff deadlines and payment plans.
Understanding reasons for late payment.
Ensuring the resolution of delinquent accounts

Education Qualification

Minimum - OND

Experience

Minimum of 1-2 years relevant work experience as a debt recovery officer or loan recovery officer.
