Job Title: Deposit Mobilization Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Regularly analyse the trends in the industry in order to take prompt advantage of relevant opportunities to boost the deposit mobilization arm of the bank.
• Develop and implement a business plan for the identified target market.
• Innovate and develop attractive value-added deposit products.
• Improve ways of rewarding depositors in terms of interest-earning on fixed deposits.
• Identify potential companies and customers.
• handle customer acquisition and cultivation.
• Develop and implement business development plans to Increase existing liability portfolio in line with targets as advised.

Specifications

• Must have a minimum of First Degree in any course from a reputable university.
• 3+ years experience in liability generation/ treasury marketing in the financial sector.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Liability generation experience and good business network within Lagos.
• Highly presentable, Good dress sense.
