Job Title: Device Application and Support Officer

Job Objective(s)

• Management, configuration & support of device application.

Duties & Responsibilities
The Team member for Configuration & Configuration Support shall primarily be responsible by assisting the Team lead to execute the following across the Department:

• Ensure technical knowhow on various device in the industry.
• Work with team lead to engage stakeholders (business & technical teams) to design & test applications for Suitability
• Ensure configuration and replacement request are treated within SLA
• Ensure terminals configured pass quality assurance standard.
• Ensure that terminals are properly prepped for deployment- SIM, decal, Signage, cables e.t.c
• Ensure that terminals are properly registered across all system or work with stakeholders to resolve same.
• Undertake regression test for release of new versions of application/ devices.
• Keep catalogue of all devices/device application/ versions and what each does
• Maintain records of all terminals configured with our application to include but not limited to profile, TID, terminals serial, type and communication, SIM serial as well as its movements.

Job Requirements

• Education University: B.Sc / HND in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Elect/Elect, Physics, Maths and other Information Technology related courses.
• Experience: 0 - 2 years experience
