Job Title: Digital & Admin Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing a clear and compelling digital strategy for the company.
  • Ensure that digital initiatives are fully integrated with the strategic-planning process, including leadership commitment and resource allocation
  • Work with team members to generate innovative digital solutions for products, services, processes, client experiences, advertising channels, and business models
  • Use content management systems to create, review and update online content based on evidence from user research, user testing, feedback, and analytics.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and ensure the accuracy, relevance, and timeliness of digital content.
  • Promote organization’s online presence by utilizing social media platforms and other online platforms.
  • Ensure that company’s online presence is providing a positive consumer experience across all channels to increase lead generation
  • Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, e-flyers, etc)
  • Identify and recommend new tools that can support and enhance company’s solutions
  • To maintain an awareness of technology advancements and make recommendations that enhance the Company’s digital strategy
  • Carryout administrative tasks when assigned
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Founder/CEO

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or another relevant field.
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • 3-5 years proven experience in similar role
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Knowledge of online channels
  • Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
  • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management
  • Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, Instagram, and other social media best practices
