Guav Nine Branding & Marketing Agency is a female lead branding and digital marketing agency with a niche in beauty, haircare and fragrance located in Ogba, Ikeja, Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Digital Marketing Assistant

Location: Lagos (Remote)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to assisting in:

• Miscellaneous administrative duties (Knowledge of Microsoft word and excel is a must)
• Management of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook & Twitter) to include, growing following across all social media platforms.
• Producing content calendars, creating content and scheduling content.
• Engaging with audiences
• Beauty, Hair & Fragrance Industry Analysis and reporting
• Assisting with Marketing strategies and plans including campaign ideas (online and offline)
• Assisting in the execution and rollout of campaigns.
• Successful candidate will be assisting in these duties, so we are looking for someone ready to learn, that is proactive and will seek out information independently.
• Someone who is creative and that thinks outside of the box is a must.
• We do not micro-manage at our agency, so we will not spoon-feed information.
• You must be able to contribute meaningfully to this role from day one.
• Producing weekly & month reports on performance across social media.
• Assisting in the creation of photography and video content
• Ad strategies
• Newsletter creation
• Email list building

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role (Do not apply if you do not have recent social media management experience).
• Must have good spoken and written English and be experienced with using Canva.
• Ideally female

Working Hours:

• Remote position, actively online accessible Monday - Thursday (9:00am - 5pm)
