Fidelity Bank Plc began operations in 1988 as Fidelity Union Merchant Bank Limited. By 1990, it had distinguished itself as the fastest growing merchant bank in the country. However, to leverage the emerging opportunities in the commercial and consumer end of financial services in Nigeria, in 1999, it converted to commercial banking and changed its name to Fidelity Bank Plc. It became a universal bank in February 2001, with a license to offer the entire spectrum of commercial, consumer, corporate and investment banking services.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Direct Sales Executive (Financial Space)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (On-site)

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role located in Lagos State, Nigeria for Direct Sales Executives in the financial space.
• The Direct Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and promoting a wide range of financial products and services.
• Daily tasks include conducting sales presentations, managing customer inquiries, and meeting sales targets.
• Additionally, the executive will work closely with the customer service and finance teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Relevant experience in finance and insurance
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales experience, particularly in the financial or insurance sectors
• Sound knowledge of financial products and services
