Job Summary

• George Houston Resources is currently seeking to recruit an experienced Director of Operations for her client, a Security Consulting Firm based in Egbeda, Lagos.

Responsibilities

• Manage security programs and supervise security workforce.
• Allocate resources correctly and efficiently
• Be involved in security investigations and recommended courses of action
• Prepare financial forecasts and budgets for security operations
• Participate in deployment of security technologies and program enhancements
• Implement and maintain security policies and procedures
• Keep an eye on security vulnerabilities and threats
• Develop strategies to handle security incidents

Skills and Qualifications

• B.Sc / HND
• 5years senior leadership role in the appropriate field
• Ability to streamline and implement new structures and roles that create speed, efficiency, and support rapidly shifting business demands
• Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legislative guideline.
• Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, production, and employee management
• Proven ability to plan and manage operational process for maximum efficiency and productivity
• Age: 45years below.
