We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Distributor Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Lead the Management's business plan with National Distributors and Sub dealers across Nigeria at all levels.
• Supervise, coordinate and monitor all operational responsibilities of Sales & Distribution (Sell in, Sell through, Logistics, Warehouse Operations & Data Management)
• Follow up with branch offices on Sub dealers' assessment and Visit Frequency Achievement regularly.
• Audit prices used by Market Distributors selling on the company plan's RDP.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields

Work experience:

• A minimum of 3 years in Telecom Distribution handling especially Mobile is preferable.

Skills Needed:

• Channel Management, Distribution Operation, Knowledge about the Nigerian Mobile Market, Team building capability & Microsoft Office Skills.
  Weekly & Monthly reports on NMDs & Sub dealers' reviews.

Salary
N250,000 - N400,000 monthly.
