Our award-winning firm is a full service Architectural and Interior Architectural design practice providing project planning, restorations, renovations, additions, and the design of new buildings for private and commercial residential units, educational, religious, and the hospitality industry. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Draughtsman

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and creative draftsman to join our dynamic team. The draftsman will play a crucial role in transforming conceptual architectural designs into detailed, technical drawings and plans.
• As a key member of our design team, you will collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure that construction projects are executed efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop architectural construction drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Assist in ensuring that projects comply with relevant building codes and regulations.
• Provide support in the development of design concepts and design development.
• Collaborate with architects and project managers to understand design requirements and project objectives.
• Create and revise 2D and 3D drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD.
• Generate accurate and detailed technical drawings for construction, including specifications, materials, and dimensions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proven experience as a Draughtsman in an architectural or engineering firm.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
• Strong technical drawing skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Nigeria.

Salary Range
N150,000 - N200,000 / month.
