Job Description

• As an Entry-Level Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company.
• Your primary responsibilities will include greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and providing administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
• Provide basic information to clients and visitors.
• Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.
• Support office staff with additional tasks as needed.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Requirements

• High School Certificate or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus, but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.

Salary
N50,000.00 Monthly.
