Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant with a background in financial services. The role requires strong project management skills with an ability to work independently, coordinate cross-functional teams, and streamline various business operations.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee business projects, ensuring timely execution within defined scope and budget.
Manage financial processes, including monitoring payments, tracking expenses, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering relationships with business partners and clients.
Handle sensitive information with discretion, ensuring confidentiality in all communications and documentation.
Provide support in additional duties as assigned by the Executive.
Identify operational challenges, propose solutions, and proactively address issues.
Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and organise events across time zones.
Prepare briefing documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with at least 3 years in financial services. Proven track record in project management and team coordination.
