We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facility Manager - Airbnb Property

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the general maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the property to ensure it is always guest-ready.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for cleaning, repairs, and other facility needs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, expenses, and vendor services.
• Support guest satisfaction by addressing facility concerns quickly and effectively.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure safety, functionality, and cleanliness standards are met.
• Manage utilities, inventory of supplies, and ensure cost-efficient operations.
• Respond promptly to any facility-related issues or emergencies to minimize downtime.

Requirements

• Proven experience in facility management, property management, or a similar role (hospitality experience is an advantage).
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Basic technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance work.
• Flexibility to respond to urgent facility needs, even after hours.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

Remuneration

• Salary: N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
• Competitive with Industry standard.
