Job Title: Mall Manager

Location: Enugu

Reporting Line: Head, Mall Management

Job Summary

• The Mall Manager is responsible for the overall performance and operations of the mall, including leasing, marketing, facility management, tenant relations, and customer service, ensuring an excellent experience for tenants and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing activities, tenant relationships, and occupancy levels.
• Ensure effective facility management, safety, cleanliness, and emergency preparedness.
• Build strong relationships with tenants and resolve issues promptly.
• Implement customer service initiatives to enhance the shopping experience.
• Develop and execute leasing, marketing, and promotional strategies to drive foot traffic and revenue.
• Manage the mall’s financial performance, including budgeting and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years experience managing community malls or department stores.
• Strong knowledge of the local commercial property market.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

 Salary
N350,000 - N400,000 / month.
