We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facility Manager

Location: Alausa, Ikeja - Lagos

Description

• Our Facility, a Modern Office Complex in Alausa, Ikeja is need of a male Facility Manager to undertake the operations and maintenance management of the building

Requirements
ideal Candidate must:

• He must have a Bachelor’s degree or HND in Estate Management, Engineering, Building Technology or other related discipline. A Certificate in Facility Management is an added advantage.
• He must have minimum of 2+ years of prior work /cognate experience in similar role.
• He must be able to work unsupervised
• Have good experience in approaching, and communicating with senior-level executives across diverse organisations
• Good familiarity with corporate decision-making processes.
• He must be capable of scheduling and ensuring effective routine and preventive maintenance of systems and facilities as needed and restorative / corrective maintenance works

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / Month.
