Shulifang Biotechnology is a fast growing company situated in the Lekki free zone Lagos state. we are into the production of FMCG products such as Detergent, liquid soap, edible oil, PET bottles, face powder, perfumes, etc.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Factory Manager

Location: Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Factory Manager who can lead our production team to achieve exceptional results.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with our international team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily factory operations, including production, maintenance, and quality control
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
• Lead and manage a team of production staff, supervisors, and maintenance personnel
• Implement and maintain efficient production processes and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Operations Management)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a factory management role
• Ability to speak some Chinese language (Mandarin) is required (basic level, HSK 2 or equivalent)
• Willingness to relocate to Ibeju-lekki, lagos state.
• Proven track record of improving production efficiency and reducing costs
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Age range: 27 to 45 years.
