We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Field Engineer

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Installation & Configuration: Expertly install and configure access control systems, including turnstiles, biometric attendance devices, revolving booth doors, CCTV cameras, and baggage scanners.
• Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, configurations, and maintenance activities.
• Commissioning & Integration: Commission systems and integrate them with existing infrastructure to ensure seamless operation.
• Maintenance & Support: Provide ongoing maintenance and technical support to ensure optimal system performance.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Minimum of an OND, HND or B.Sc. in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 2 – 5 years of hands-on experience in installing and maintaining security systems such as CCTV, access control, and biometric devices.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to work in various environmental conditions.
• Additional Requirements: Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in networking (TCP/IP, PoE), system integration, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with video management software (VMS) and NVR/DVR systems is advantageous.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSA) are a plus.
