We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Finance Analyst

Location: Maryland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cutting-edge financial technology solutions to optimize processes and improve efficiency
• Analyze and interpret complex financial data to identify trends and insights
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Research and stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the FinTech space
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and industry professionals
• Conduct market research to identify potential partnerships and business opportunities
• Contribute to the strategic development of our FinTech roadmap and long-term business objectives
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to stay connected with key players in the FinTech ecosystem
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate FinTech solutions into existing systems
• Provide technical support and training to internal teams on FinTech tools and platforms
• Communicate complex financial concepts and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and effectively
• Lead project teams and actively contribute to project planning and execution
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings through FinTech innovations
• Evaluate and recommend new FinTech products and services to enhance our competitive edge
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all financial analyses and reports

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 - 3 years work experience.
• Competence in a FinTech Organization. 

Salary
N330,000 - N350,000 monthly.
