The platform also supports agent banking, enabling financial inclusion for unbanked and underbanked individuals. PalmPay is backed by investors such as Transsion Holdings and has grown rapidly due to its user-friendly interface, cashback rewards, and strategic partnerships with financial institutions.

We recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Finance Trainee

Location: Lagos

Objectives

• Establish a financial talent echelon and cultivate a reserve of future, financial managers and financial directors.
• Enable management trainees to have an in-depth understanding of the core financial processes of financial institutions (reconciliation, taxation, regulatory reports, cost control).

Talent Profile of Recruitment Targets
Hard conditions:

• Bachelor's or Master's degrees in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration,etc. 
• 0-2 years of experience (Internship experience is acceptable)
• Those with study experience in ACCA/ICAN/CPA are preferred

Requirements for soft quality:

• Good ability to withstand pressure and willing to learn quickly and smart
• High integrity standards (involving cash, accounting, auditing, and taxation)
• Have an interest in FinTech or the financial industry
• Strong communication skills and a sense of responsibility
