We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Fleet Operations Supervisor

Location: Orile Coker, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

Supervise daily fleet operations, ensuring all vehicles are roadworthy and dispatched as scheduled.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance logs, and inspection reports.
Collaborate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery and service satisfaction.
Handle emergency situations and breakdowns with appropriate solutions.
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and servicing of vehicles to minimize downtime.
Monitor driver performance, route efficiency, and fuel consumption.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards, including documentation and licensing.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards related to warehousing.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in warehouse operations or a similar supervisory role.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.
