Mosra Enerji Limited Nigeria has been a market leader in Exploration, Mining, energy transmission and distribution in Nigeria with over 10 years of industry experience. In alignment with current Nigeria government's “Coal to Power Program” planned to generate 30 percent of the electricity needed in the country from coal.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Foreman

Locations: Ekiti, Lagos, and Ogun
Employment Type: Contract
Contract duration: 6 Months

Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members
• Prepare progress reports and communicate project status to stakeholders
• Resolve any issues that may arise during construction
• Ensure projects meet all building codes and regulations.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and on time
• Provide guidance and support to construction workers
• Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety regulations

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification with 10-15 years experience.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role in construction
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Thorough understanding of construction processes and methodologies
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Strong understanding of construction procedures and project management
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or similar role
