We are recruiting to fill the position below:



Job Title: Front Desk / Admin Support Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area that reflects the company’s corporate image.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, parcels, and deliveries.
  • Liaise with service providers and ensure office utilities and equipment are functioning optimally.
  • Support internal communications and dissemination of official memos.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to all departments.
  • Prepare meeting schedules, coordinate logistics, and record minutes.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, parcels, and deliveries etc.
  • Provide support in preparing company materials and coordinating small-scale events or meetings.
  • Assist in vendor management and procurement documentation.

Requirements

  • Candidates must have at least an HND qualification
  • Not less than 1 year work experience in the same role.
