Job Description

• First impressions are everything! As a Receptionist, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us

Job Details
What you will be doing:

• Greet, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service.
• Take initiative to add a personalized experience
• Proudly promote the company while looking for opportunities to enhance visitors experience.
• Take records of enquiries and complaints from customers and communicate same to the appropriate department for handling.
• Raise and prints order requests from customers.
• Answer phones enquiries and resolve phone complaints through giving appropriate directions/guide.
• communicate effectively with all departments in through information passage.
• receive correspondences and distributes same to the appropriate offices.

Requirements
Your experience and skills include:

• Minimum of OND / NCE in any field
• Must be computer literate and able to use Microsoft office suite.
• Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Salary

• 50,000 - N60,000 Monthly Gross.
