We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Visitors Reception:

• Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately;
• Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival;
• Maintains security and telecommunications systems.
• Call Management
• Ensure that incoming calls are answered promptly.
• Ensure that the reception area is manned at all times during working hours;
• Records every call (official calls) that comes in, in the absence of any personnel concerned;
• Records every call (outgoing) and the caller’s name;
• Ensure proper functioning of the PABX at all times.
• Personal Assistant to MD
• Provide support to the MD on administrative tasks
• Coordinate and prioritize the MD’s schedule and activities to ensure optimal use of time
• Plan, organize travel itinerary and flights, accommodation and transportation.
• Ensure the MD’s office is clean and organized at all times.
• Reception Area Management
• Ensure the cleanliness of the reception.
• Managing the front office;
• Visitor/customer management;
• Mail management and procedural support;
• Carry out any other jobs as may be assigned.

Requirements

• Candidate must have completed NYSC program and must be female.
