• Are you organized, well-spoken, and great at making first impressions?
• We’re looking for a smart and welcoming Front Desk Officer to serve as the face of our organization, manage reception duties, and support administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and attend to visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Maintain the front desk area and ensure it is always neat and presentable.
• Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
• Provide basic administrative support to various departments.
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and deliveries.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications in a related field with experience.
