Job Title: Frontend Engineer

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build responsive, interactive web applications
• Implement pixel-perfect UI/UX designs using modern frameworks
• Optimize frontend performance and loading times
• Stay updated on emerging frontend technologies and trends
• Build and manage component libraries and design systems
• Optimize for SEO and web performance metrics
• Develop automated frontend testing protocols
• Document frontend architecture and workflows
• Contribute to UI/UX design discussions
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs
• Conduct user testing and feedback analysis
• Identify and fix bugs and usability issues
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility

Requirements

• 3+ years of frontend development experience
• Knowledge of modern CSS frameworks
• Understanding of web performance optimization
• Strong proficiency in React/Next.js
• Experience with state management solutions
