We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: General Manager
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Provide leadership and direction to ensure alignment with the company's vision and mission.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure that all departments are functioning efficiently and effectively.
• Monitor performance metrics and make necessary adjustments to optimize operations.
• Prepare and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and reports.
• Analyze financial performance and implement strategies to enhance profitability and control costs.
• Recruit, train, and manage staff, including setting performance goals and conducting evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
• Implement and oversee health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, financial status, and strategic initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including employees, clients, and board members.
• Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns and conflicts.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
• Address and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to make informed business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
• Proficiency in business management software and tools.
• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar executive role.
• Strong understanding of business operations, financial management, and strategic planning.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / Month.
