Job Title: Graduate Personal Assistant (Male)
Location: Ajah, Lagos

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible Male Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.
You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to manager’s working life and communication.

Responsibilities

Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Handle requests and queries appropriately
Make videos during meetings and inspections
manage social media platforms
Devise and maintain office filing system
Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
Make travel arrangements
Take dictation and minutes

Requirements and skills

Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
MS Officeand English proficiency
Outstanding organisational and time management skills
Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Must speak fluently
Must live within Ajah or Sangotedo
Must be purpose driven with great ideas
Must look and smell good.
Must have a smart phone.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Discretion and confidentiality
Graphic content creator and should be able to edit videos
Must be between 20 and 24 years old

Salary
N75,000 - N80,000 monthly.
