Job Title: Graduate Trainee - Product Management

Summary

• As a Graduate Trainee - Product Management, you will work closely with the Product Manager to support feature development, data-driven decision-making, and product optimization.
• You will gain exposure to market research, user insights, product testing, and agile project management while contributing to the platform’s growth.
• The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and a fast learner, with a passion for technology, innovation, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities
Product Research & User Insights:

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Gather and analyze user feedback to improve product features and user experience.

Project Coordination & Agile Processes:

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to execute product roadmaps.
• Help manage project documentation and track development progress.

Customer Support & Product Improvement:

• Monitor user feedback and support tickets to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in drafting FAQs, product guides, and onboarding materials.

Data Analysis & Performance Tracking:

• Assist in monitoring key product metrics, including user engagement and retention.
• Generate reports and insights to support data-driven decision-making.

Feature Development & Testing:

• Support the development and rollout of new features, including writing user stories.
• Participate in quality assurance (QA) testing, identifying and reporting bugs.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Recent graduate or final-year student in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of digital products, UX, and data analytics.
