Head, Diaspora Banking at Keystone Bank Limited

Keystone Bank is a full service commercial bank currently owned by Sigma Golf River Bank Consortium after being acquired from the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON) in 2017. It was granted banking license on August 5, 2011, by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN). The Bank has met and exceeded all capital adequacy requirements of the CBN and assumed the deposit liabilities, certain other liabilities and assets of former Bank PHB Plc, following the revocation of the erstwhile bank's operating License by the CBN.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head, Diaspora Banking

Location: Lagos
Job type: Full-Time

Job Description

• The job role is responsible for designing, implementing, marketing, and managing a comprehensive strategy to attract, retain, and grow the bank’s diaspora customer base.
• This role ensures the bank delivers innovative, secure, and value-driven products and services tailored to the unique financial needs of Nigerians living abroad.
• The primary objective is to grow the Bank’s foreign currency deposit liability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field (MBA or international certification is a plus). 
• Demonstrated experience in cross-border banking, remittances, or financial product development.
• Understanding of global financial regulations impacting diaspora banking (e.g., FATCA, GDPR.S, is an added advantage
• Cognate 8 – 12 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 in a leadership role in diaspora, international, or retail banking.
