Job Title: Head, Investment Banking

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary
We are looking to hire an experienced and talented Investment Banker with:

• Good deposit mobilization
• Responsibilities Build relationships with clients to promote and engage Ace Afri Financials products.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures and business practices.
• Achieve established performance targets within the specific time frame.
• Ensure satisfactory service delivery to all customers and address their inquiries promptly.
• Generate sales leads to expand the customer base.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Candidate should possess an HND / B.Sc in any Discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of work experience in Investment Banking is an added advantage.
• Friendly, approachable, intelligent, pleasant personality, strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM).
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Remuneration

• Salary: N2,400,000 - N3,600,000 Annually.
• Monthly Bonus and Incentives.
• 3% annual commission on every transaction but prorate every month aside from standard benefits accrued like HMO, Pension, etc.
• Planning and Leadership skills are required and Good communication skill is required.
